COLOURS

Any pad and binding colour can be chosen from the

colours shown, PLUS we have a new pad colour -

SOFTBLUE, and two new binding colours -

CANDYFLOSS and ATLANTIC.

One of the Insider© pet beds pictured is in

Softblue, the Outsider© embroidered 'Millie's

Bed' shows Candyfloss and the other Outsider©

embroidered with the 'bone' logo shows Atlantic.

 

ORDERING:

complete our order form (click here) and return

it to us with your cheque to the above address

OR e-mail us with your order and we will

calculate it and e-mail back the amount (ideal for

orders with embroidery), so that you can send a

cheque or pay by PayPal

OR go to Buy Online and pay direct via PayPal.

 

PAYMENTS:

Orders will not be processed until payment has

been received in full.

For cheque or postal orders, please make payable

to SleepyDog (cheques are given six days to clear).

 

DELIVERIES - Mainland UK

We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working

days, however at times this may be extended

and we will inform you accordingly.

Mainland UK Delivery Charges: £7.50 per order

 

For Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland,

Isle of Man, Orkney & Elgin area plus any other

country abroad - We will be pleased to quote

transport prices to your destination.

Please e-mail details and await transport

prices before sending payment.

 

RETURNS AND DAMAGES:

We will gladly exchange any item or issue a

refund, if it is returned in its original packaging

unsoiled and unused, within 14 days from

receipt of goods, with the exclusion of

embroidery items. If an item is faulty, or the

embroidery is different from your written order,

it must be returned to us for inspection before

replacement goods or refunds can be issued.

Postage fees will be reimbursed on justified claims.
